Please find our delivery information outlined below. We currently offer delivery options to the Republic of Ireland, UK and Worldwide.
We offer free delivery on all orders above €50 throughout Ireland.
For delivery in Ireland on all orders below €50 we have a €6.95 delivery charge.
If your order is travelling outside the EU, you may need to pay customs or import duties, once it reaches your homeland. These charges are out of our control. As such, we cannot be held responsible for them. Customs policies vary from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for information. Customs may delay the delivery of orders.
CLICK & COLLECT
We are delighted to offer customers a complimentary Click & Collect service instore, when you have paid for your order online you will receive a confirmation email to confirm that your order has been placed successfully.
We strive to have your click & collect order ready the same day that your order has been processed, within our business working hours Mon to Sat 9.30am to 6pm. If your order is outside of business hours your click & collect order will be ready at 12 noon the following day, except Sunday, as we are closed.
We ask you to please await a confirmation email/phone call that your order is Ready for Collection before coming to the shop.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
We hope you that you are happy with your order from www.noels.ie. If for some unfortunate reason you would like to return an item, we are happy to offer you a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt of your order.
We are happy to exchange any online orders up to 10th of January to allow for Christmas presents.
The item(s) must be in re-saleable condition and returned to the store within 14 days of receipt of delivery.
A re-saleable condition, i.e. in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed and complete with their original labels. Avoid wearing aftershave and/or deodorant that could leave a permanent scent or mark on the clothing. Shoes must be returned in their original boxes. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for items returned that are not in a re-saleable condition.
All return items must be returned with order number or proof of purchase.
Please note that we do not offer free returns. We recommend sending the returned item(s) via tracked post as we cannot guarantee the return of an item. Should any uninsured item(s) be damaged during the returns process please note that you will be responsible for them.
